I started reading Samantha A Cole because I love romantic suspense novels. This latest book is not the usual sort of story one gets from this author, nevertheless many of the characters from the acclaimed Trident Security series make an appearance. What we have here is almost a modern day fairy tale - almost because the male leads are far more interesting than Prince Charming ever could be and their heroine is kickass strong when it comes to caring for the ones she loves.This gets 5 stars for style of writing, creation of male leads that every woman would like to meet, entering so fully into the doubts and questions of the heroine, pacing the story so that the reader is swept into the midst of it, filling the novella with just enough action to keep the story moving and be able to bring it to a nice conclusion. None of that is easy to do when you've not got a full length book to do it in. Congratulations Samantha A Cole. As usual you've left this reader wanting more.

Abby has always had feelings for her two bosses, Grayson and Remington, but it is not until they catch her master-bating in their office on video feed that they can act on their feelings or her. The D/s ménage that happens next is what they all work towards, but will a woman from their past who outs them in public stop the relationship before it can start or will the D/s lifestyle be too much for Abby to deal with? Once again Samantha Cole characters are a level above all other authors and hooks the reader in from the opening pages. Another great start to a series.
Abby works as a secretary for two gorgeous brothers who own a very successful music firm. She thinks they are out of her league especially because they are currently sleeping with one of their recording artists who is the typical tall, blond, skinny, conceited type. What she doesn't know is they secretly are very interested in her but have a " employees are off limits " rule, but after they catch Abby " entertaining " herself while imagining she is with both of them they decide to ditch the rule and let her know how they feel. Since the brothers who are also Doms in the lifestyle do everything and everyone together she won't have to choose.
This was such a sweet, erotic story. It flowed perfectly and in my opinion was the perfect length. This is the first book I've read by Samantha Cole but will NOT be the last.
What can I say about Samantha Cole’s Double Down and Dirty? Very few authors leave me wanting for words. I love it or hate it. But Samantha’s writing leaves me speechless every time. And in a very good way. Her latest Double Down and Dirty did not disappoint either.
I loved this book. It was not at all what I expected and not quite her normal writing either. But that is perfectly OK. This is an off-shoot of her Trident Security series and some of those guys are in it. Just enough to catch up but also give some new people a chance to shine. Remi and Gray are delicious and Abby is absolutely perfect. She is submissive yet she can totally take on those she needs to without backing down.
If you have not read this (or honestly anything else Samantha Cole has written) run do not walk and get it. Her heroes are totally Alpha and her heroines are spunky and willing to protect those they love. You will not be disappointed.
This book is a little different that the usual direction the author takes in her books. I really like the suspense and intrique her books normally have but if Samantha writes it I'm reading it. She has an amazing way of writing that really pulls me into the story. I have to say I really loved this book. We still got to re-visit with the characters from her other books, which is an aspect that I really love.
We have the delicious Mann Brothers, So glad we don't have to choose one,-we get them both. Double the pleasure. Abby is one very lucky girl.
I love the way these men treasure Abby. I want that too!
I am also glad to see that Abby is a little spitfire when it comes to protecting her men
Fun read read! If you are looking for a nice short story that has a little BSDM along with ménage, look no further. Abby is a full figured woman working as an admin for two hot CEOs, Remy and Gray. Abby has always fantasies about her two bosses and the bosses have always thought that Abby was something special, but were afraid to cross the line of boss - date. That is until they see a video of Abby, that she didn't know she was being recorded.
This is a great story of their relationship. A feel good book with a HEA.
BUY IT and have a wonderful evening reading.
Remi and Gray are twin brothers who share a recording studio and company as well as women. Abigail is their assistant who has had the biggest crush on them since the beginning. A breakup finally puts Abby in their sights so they go for it! While this book is part of the The Covenant, a BDSM club owned by the same guys who own Trident, it is different than all the trident stories. While there is drama and twists it stuck with the theme of the Trident series without the missions and military stuff. It was a really good short story and branch off of the trident series. Samantha did a really good job of setting it apart!
This is a short novella but it's a great little spin off from the Trident Security Series and includes a visit with some old friends. Gray and Remi are tall, dark and dominant CEO's of a record label. Abigail is their assistant and she can barely speak when they're both in the same room with her. Gray and Remi like to share one woman and are very attracted to Abby but they have a hands off policy with their employees and she's the best secretary they've ever had. When they find out that sweet Abby fantasizes about being dominated by both of them they have to rethink their no employees pledge. 4.5 stars for this book - it was a really enjoyable short story but the writing was not as polished as other books I've read by this author.
